Document supply
Material not available within the Gardiner Library Service can be borrowed or obtained from other libraries. Material not available to other libraries and individuals in their local area can be supplied by the Gardiner Library Service.
Please note that there is a charge for this service.
Local users please check the Library catalogue to ensure that the material that you are requesting is not already held by the Library.
Hunter Health staff should also check the A-to-Z ejournals directory for those journals whose articles are available to them online without charge, either through CIAP or the Library's own subscriptions.
Making requests online
To request items online you must first register. Click to register online.
Once registered, you can request articles by:
- Completing an online form by entering all the details for each article
- Selecting the desired citations from within an OVID/CIAP search and clicking on the Document Delivery link
- Selecting the desired citations from within a PubMed search and selecting Order from the Send to button
