HNEHealth JMO education sessions - 2008

The HNE Health JMO Unit has an Area wide responsibility for the management of Junior Medical Staff (Interns and Resident Medical Officers) in the first two years of their prevocational training.

Formal education sessions are held for Interns on Wednesday mornings and for Resident Medical Officers one full day a term.

Because of the vast area that is Hunter New England Health, these sessions are brought by videoconference to other centres, as well as being recorded, ensuring that junior doctors who are unable to attend education sessions are able to access presentations when convenient.
